I am a great supporter of buying locally and supporting smaller businesses so, if you are interested in creative goodies and also helping out small upcoming shops I can’t recommend popping your head into this store enough - Made in Stirling. Newly located on King Street in Stirling City Centre there is no where better to go for locally made art and craft work.
I went along to the re- opening night of the store to get some snaps of my talented brother doing his musical thang. The buzz was great and the room was full of so many talented people - painters, videographers, craft makers etc. I like to try and go along to these events whenever I have some free time to get some practice in with the old camera. I am still relatively new to the photography scene so any practice I can get makes a difference.
Here are a few shots of the boys in action…
So there is a small collection of the shots I got - I have put some others across my website but these ones are my favourites.
As I said before - I highly recommend popping into this shop if you ever get the chance and if - like me - you are a fan of having handmade, one of a kind nick nacks around your house this will be your dream!
I’ve put together a little collection of images I got with some of the products throughout the shop and what is available to buy plus some of the small businesses contact info cards.
